Håvard is a quantitative geneticist with a PhD from The University of Life Sciences (NMBU) at Ås, Norway. He has substantial experience from the aquaculture industry, all the way back to 1986. Håvard started to work in Benchmark Genetics Norway (former SalmoBreed) in 2007 as Manager of Genetics and R&D, and since 2015 as Business Development Director. He is also a member of the Divisional Board of Benchmark Genetics.
